Where is my order?

I ordered a iPhone 12 pro on the 25th December and I haven’t heard anything since I had an email telling me it was out of stock but I have been updating the website checking when it had come in stock and it came back in 1 week ago and I still haven’t received my phone it’s been 15days!!

Hi, i ordered my ipad pro on the 25th nov 2020 and im still waiting

i call them on08/01/2021, and got told that it will be out for delivery tomorrow but all i got was my sim so i called them again and got told it will take 6 weeks

but when i looked on the o2 website yesterday it was saying that it was in stock ?????

Dont know what is going on with o2 FRAUDSTER COME TO MIND

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
