It may still work. If not, you'll have to contact customer service and request a new sim. &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for your sms, if you hadn't backed them up, I believe they are lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
