    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4157403"&gt;@jenh1234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A recent update to the voicemail system has left some bugs around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would be worth you reporting it to customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All numbers are in this guide &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Or 202 from your O2 mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:&lt;BR /&gt;When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.&lt;BR /&gt;Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to save a custom greeting for my voicemail but I keep getting a 1035 error and it won't save.&amp;nbsp; I have tried recording with Wifi off.&amp;nbsp; I have reset network settings but still no joy.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone else been able to solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jenny&lt;/P&gt;</description>
