iPad order

I ordered 2 iPad Pro’s on the 24th November, showing for next day delivery, got a text a few days later saying they are delayed, now showing in the shop as 6 weeks for delivery, will I see mine before Christmas ????

I can’t even get through on the phone to discuss, every time I call the automated service cuts me off, just want to know so I can order elsewhere if need be

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I ordered mine in November, promised 4 weeks. Not heard anything so called today, advised another 6 weeks from today. Awful service. So cancelled the order.

Anyone recieved thier iPad yet? Still waiting on mine 5 weeks after ordering and it's pretty much ruined Christmas, watching someone open all the accessories for thier new iPad but no iPad to use them with!!!!

Just a quick one after emails with the CEO team apparently stock is due next week but I won't hold my breath!!

It depends on China being able to get them here and the lorries having the freedom to transport them.

Covid and Brexit isn't a good combination...

Apparently its stock that was supposed to be due on Christmas Eve I did ask well what about the stock that arrived before that as I was due delivery before Christmas Eve but we'll see what happens.

My order has now been processed and is on it's way variant is iPad Pro 12.9 2020 Space Grey 128gb was ordered on 25th November

I am also waiting for the same order from last 6 weeks , called them today they are still saying it will take more than 6 weeks . how did you get that ? have you contacted them ? what should i do please guide

The problem is Christmas, learning from home and Covid @AC21

100's of people wanted them for Christmas. Due to Covid, China could not produce enough to meet demand and if you add to that the amount of schools closed and learning from home, you can see why demand is exceeding supply.

What date did you order? What variant of the iPad did you order? It’ll all depend where in the back log queue you are and what stock of your variant arrives from Apple.

I did email the CEO of o2 UK yes I know the email was dealt with by the CEO but it was dealt with by a specialist complaints team.
