Hi,

I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max how do I know if i will recieve it on the day of launch?

The order doesnt show in the orders section of myo2

You don't know you will get it on day of launch. Currently showing as 3 weeks delay.

If you pre ordered whilst O2 still had stock allocated, you will get it on Friday.

If pre orders had exceeded the stock O2 will be getting, you will be on the waiting list.

It all depends on how close to 1.00pm you pre ordered?

I completed my order at 1301 on the day - contacted customer service whether it will be DESPATCHED or will it ARRIVE on Nov 13 2020 and no clue.

Why is information so difficult to get!

I managed to do my second upgrade and both showing in my orders now saying:

We will despatch your order in time for the launch day of the new device.

We'll email or send you an SMS to confirm when your order is on its way, so that you'll know when to expect your delivery. You will need to sign for it, but don't worry if you're not in, the courier will leave you details to rearrange delivery.

It's contactless now so no signature is required.

The courier will place parcel on your doorstep and stand back whilst you open the door. They will then take a photo of you with the parcel, so make sure you've got your best pyjamas on

Mine is the same. I spoke to web chat and they said the order is there and being processed and that I would have to call up for them to look into why it’s not showing as they don’t do that over web chat.

Your orders wont show in My O2 until you have a tracking email and the system has time to catch up.

@RyanRJR3 im the same... lol... I went onto chat and they have told me that status is 'Dispatch in progress' but couldnt confirm if it will be despatched today. Confused why it would be in progress but not despatched today.

Will wait and see... just so you know - my last 2 orders with O2 I never got despatch emails. Only knew it was despatched by checking My O2 and then DHL texting me.
