Selling a Cellular Apple Watch

I’m wanting to sell my Apple Watch Series 6 Cellular that I have added to my account, that I pay £20 a month for, plus the £5 airtime plan. I’m wanting to downgrade to a Series 4 cellular to make some money back essentially, so I would want to keep my airtime plan but sell on the series 6 and purchase a series 4, and continue to pay as I have been. Is this going to be an issue to whoever I sell the device to? Will they be able to use the cellular if I unlink my phone from my current watch?

No problem.

Apple watches are not locked to to O2 so once free of your account, anyone can use it.
