Hey, I have been told by friends, to contact O2. As my iPhone XS battery health isn’t very good. I got my iPhone back in 15th October 2018. I have another year on it. But one charge doesn’t last me a full day anymore. How can I get this sorted out. I have my iPhone insured by O2.

Additional advice from Apple @Susan29319

iPhone Owners

Your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Apple offers a battery service.
