phone only rings once before going to message

I know there's a way to make your phone (XR) ring for longer before going to messages, but I cant find the topic. Mine only rings once, so by the time I've found it at the bottom of my bag, I've missed the call.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this, so it rings for longer please.
