Visual voicemail and text message

My iPhone XR has suddenly stopped displaying visual voicemail, I used to see a list now I only see ‘call voicemail’
Also people text me and I don’t always get the messages.
Help please

Try this with Airplane mode

Go to Settings-> Airplane Mode menu.
Then toggle the Airplane Mode switch to turn ON.
While Airplane mode is enabled, reboot/soft reset your iPhone XR with these steps:
1. Press and hold the Side/Power button and either Volume buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
2. Release the buttons when the Slide to Power Off command appears and then drag the power off slider to the right.
3. After 30 seconds, press and hold the Power/Side button again until the phone reboots.

After the reset, go back to your iPhone Settings-> Airplane mode menu and then toggle the switch to turn Airplane Mode off again.

You need to call customer service to enable iData on your account.

VVM will not work without this so something has changed on your account and iData has been removed or not added if your tariff was changed or upgraded.

You may have to say fraud or upgrade to get connected to O2 though.
