      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just ported my o2 business number across to a new sim only monthly account. &amp;nbsp;Normal text messages being received to old number but imessage and facetime linked to temp number on my iphone. &amp;nbsp;I have tried toggled the switch to turn off both but when i reboot nothing has changed. &amp;nbsp;Any help greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Removed Sim and reinserted - normal service resumed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi its possible that imessage is linked to the temporary number. To change this there are a few things you could do , if you go to settings and then phone just to make sure the number here is the number you have ported over. You can change this here if not.&lt;BR /&gt;Then Go to Settings &amp;gt; Messages &amp;gt; Send &amp;amp; Receive and make sure the correct mobile number is selected. You might need to turn imessage on and off to get it to reactivate.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
