      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgrade to iwatch 5 now won't allow me to setup mobile data getting error code 04. Can anyone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You need to call customer services and ask them to remove your old watch (takes 24 hours once you get through to someone who knows what they are doing).&lt;BR /&gt;Then you can follow the process of setting up the new watch.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi like the other thread said you need someone at O2 who knows what they are doing. Got through to an agent called Vinu within about 15 minutes the problem was sorted. So to the other 3 agents and 2 Gurus I spoke to when you don't know something it would be better to say so instead of just pretending you are trying to help and frustrating the customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
