<title>topic Fault in new iPhone 11 Pro in Apple</title>
    <link>https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Apple/Fault-in-new-iPhone-11-Pro/m-p/1358643#M165089</link>
<description>I received my new iPhone 11 Pro on the 15th of May, bought on contract via o2 over the phone. Over the past week I’ve noticed a quick flicker/flash on my screen that occurs when I switch from one page to another. Thought I’d wait a few days to see if firstly I’m going crazy lol or if the problem persists. It is defo persisting, isn’t app dependent and I’m not happy that I already have this fault within the first month.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve tried calling but getting nowhere in the automated system.&lt;BR /&gt;Can I return for a replacement? What is the procedure or what do you advise please? Thanks in advance for any info x</description>
