      <title>Faulty AirPods on Delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - i recently ordered some Air Pod Pro's which seem to be faulty and not working correctly - ive had them for less than a week and have contacted Apple regarding this - after waiting and spending about an hour on the phone troubleshooting them they have advised the best thing to do is return it to the resller - in this case O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However i cannot call or get in contact with O2 as theres currently no support available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone please advise on what i can do to get these returned?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
