Setting up WiFi calling

When trying to set up wifi calling, it takes me to the O2 website, which just sends me on a loop of pages. I can’t seem to activate online, which I have to do before setting up on my phone?

A call to O2 may be needed to get it enabled, numbers in this .

What phone do you have? Check whether it's supported for WiFi Calling.

If it is, and the advice in the link doesn't work, you may have to call O2 to activate it on your account.
