@francika43 the SIM cards used in both devices are the same so if you acquire an iPhone SE 2020 you will be able to move the SIM from your existing SE and use it in the 2020 model.

Also as an FYI the 2020 model supports e-Sim which O2 also support for Pay Monthly customers which keeps your SIM slot avialable
