I got three months free Amazon Prime with my new phone but when I follow the link to use it I just get offered a 30 day free trial. How do I sign up for the 3 months?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

No I've done all that it shows as an extra already redeemed, but Prime doesn't recognise me when I try to use it.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
