      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have just got the phone, it's possible you have the incorrect data bolt on and you would have to call to get this enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are able to, go into the settings and under mobile networks change the APN setting to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mobile.o2.co.uk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then reboot the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
