I am unable to use mobile data on my iphone xr. I have 90gb avail but it just doesnt work

Also check in settings that you have iData enabled.

Where is Idata please. Sorry never had an iphone before.

If you have just got the phone, it's possible you have the incorrect data bolt on and you would have to call to get this enabled

If you are able to, go into the settings and under mobile networks change the APN setting to

mobile.o2.co.uk

then reboot the phone

Thank you tried all of these, I think i will have to call them.
