      <title>O2 locked sim - paid full contract and cancelled sim plan</title>

      <description>I’ve relocated to Australia with my iPhone 7 which I own outright, initially bought from o2. I had cancelled my airtime plan with them effectively 5th September 2019 so am technically no longer a customer. When I called them last month to cancel this and pay off my contract nobody mentioned me needing to request unlocking my phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway here I am in Australia unable to put in an Optus SIM card, and technically I’m not an o2 customer anymore to call them (have no working roaming) so how on earth do I go about this one?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Feel like I’ve been well and truly mugged off by o2!!</description>
