I have been billed £300 for my device plan payment. I didn't think it would be so high and i can't afford to pay this amount each month, can it not be reduced?

Presumably you were late for a payment(s) in which case talk to O2. They will probably reinstate your payments but will insist you clear any arrears and possibly insist on a direct debit being reinstated

That’s a final bill payment. Are you in the process of upgrading a device or late payment as sometimes they will demand the full amount if payments are late
