I brought a diff handset and have changed to a plus, I had the 6 I brought from new but have lost it or stolen ?!? I’m not sure. I have box with number can I block phone with o2 ??? Or try apple

Call customer service and report it lost.

Lost/stolen is a 24hour help line and you need to stay on thye phone until the end of the intro
