Hi I have been given an iphone to use my my brother in law .....I smashed mine, but I need it to be unlocked as I'm with another network and the manual form link isn't working can anyone help please

Hi thank you for the reply, that's the post I've tried to use but when I click on manual form it says it isn't working at present so won't load the form for me to complete
