Call duration does not normally start until the phone is answered.
I can't see why that would be any different for a wifi call over a normal cell call.

Hi all, wondering if anyone here can help with this..... I received 2 x calls (not missed, but definitely not answered) on my iPhone 6s early yesterday morning. I called o2, who said they can’t see any activity, either incoming or outgoing, on my call logs.
This leads me to believe the calls were placed over wifi. In which case, since the calls were definitely not physically answered by myself or anyone else, does the call duration indicate the length of time the phone was ringing, even with no answer from my end...?
Thanks all in advance for your help

Call duration only starts once the call is connected. Unanswered call would show 0 seconds duration.
