I seem to have lost VVM on my iPhone (iOS11.2.6) and have tried various resets, Airplane mode on/off, Network Reset, Hard Reset, and the suggestion of O2 on 202 STATE to 9011, but no improvement. Last time this happened a while back I had the wrong Bolt-On could that be the case here? Thanks in anticipation.

It certainly suggests you may be on the wrong bolt on. Have you recently upgraded, presumably yes as you have the X now. Wrong bolt ons are the norm for O2 when upgrading and they seem unable to use common sense.

It could be the problem @Writerjohn but you'd have to call customer services for them to check http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

We wouldn't know what was applied to your account unfortunately.
