    <description>Hi,I can’t access the App Store,my mobile banking app or use safari unless I have wifi,I have tried resetting my settings and shutdown start up,my cookies are turned on and so is my mobile data,I have a good signal on 4g.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings sent back. Reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call customer service and ask them to check you have the idata bolt on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Settings &amp;gt;Mobile data and scroll down to apps.&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure the switch is green against the app you want to use.</description>
