      <description>Even after 24 hours and reset network sometimes it still doesn't work,a reset from the provider is needed</description>

      <description>The customer should not have to do anything.&lt;BR /&gt;Tariff changes are all done account side by o2.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure where this info is coming from? As mentioned above by our other community members, tariff change info comes directly from the system into My O2 and not from the phone. Any tariff changes or bolt-on changes normally show when the next bill is made if not sooner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you having some issues with your My O2 regarding tariff change?
