Apart from a few numbers I don't talk on the phone for long periods of time. With one particular number - my most called one, also on o2 - I find that calls are dropping multiple times in the 1 hour or so call. Sometimes it's clearly a signal issue at their end when they are in certain buildings but other times it's not so clear.

Sometimes I hear 3 beeps before it disconnects, does this mean it's an issue at my side?

Is there anyway to trouble shoot this issue and work out where the problem lies? I've checked the status checker for both our areas and it's come back fine.

Yeah I'm not blaming o2 as such. Just wondering if there is a way to identify whether it's my phone/connection thats dropping or theirs. Based on me getting 3 beeps and my friend not hearing anything before it disconnects.

The beeps you hear are your phone telling you it's lost the call so it will be the other end that has disconnected.
