Your microphone is hardware. It cannot be deleted without someone removing it from the phone.
Do you mean an app like the voice recorder?

Your phone can't delete a microphone. Do you mean your mic or a speaker has broken

Hi , no my phones been acting weird , it gets really hot and phones people ...I think it's deleted the microphone app itself.

There are many such apps for all platforms to choose from.
If your phone is faulty you may need to back it up and do a factory reset, which will fix many software issues.
