Can I set up my bill to be automatically paid each month from my account?

Yes a Direct Debit should have been in place when you signed the contract.

If this is a new account the direct debits should be in place.

If not call customer service and they will set it up for you.

There is also a paper mandate you can download and print. Then post it off to your bank.
