How do I cap my contract so I don't go over making my bill more?

You can't cap on but if you download the Myo2 App you can keep an eye on your usage.
Don't worry about data as that just stops when you've used it all so just watch calls and texts.

If I've got unlimited texts and minutes I shouldn't have to worry should I?

No just make sure you only call numbers included in your allowances.
0800 are free and all 03 numbers are included but 0845 etc are chargeable.
Also no international calls.
