1 What phone did you order was it on payg or pay monthly?

2 When did you order it

3 when we're you expecting to collect it form the store ? (If I read you post correctly)

If you ordered it today at 12md there will be no chance of collecting it by 6pm the same day. Also you have to wait for your order to be confirmed after checking credit status etc....and they send confirmation via email

If you haven't had that... then they are still checking your application @Anonymous

They said my order has been succesfully placed ...and i can pick up the order from the shop near me...but i have to bring with me that confirmation number wich i find in the collection confirmation email ...so i did not receve this email ....

I think the key is 'if the store has stock'.... @adamtemp64. Of course... added to that the OP hasn't received any confirmation email so a bit stuck really..

Hi there @Medi234. It might also be worth giving the store a call; the collection message and code is sent through after the store have received and put together your order, this can be a few hours after its been placed.
