Voicemail on Iphone 5s

I had voice mail working on my phone and somehow it's disappeared. I've tried 1750 get three beeps no difference to the voicemail. Phone just keeps ringing. I have not got Tu Go on my phone. Can anyone help?

Hook up to iTunes and see if there are any carrier updates.Then look at settings , reset , reset network settings

Try dialling 175002 to switch on and 176002 for off.

Have you ever had TuGo on the phone and if so when you deleted it did delete the account and all data by ticking the box. I ask because it maybe switched off in the app when you deleted it.
