Cracked screen

Vertically from top to bottom only left hand side works

Have insurance

Collected yesterday around 10 am 17/11/15 from my apartment

Was just wondering, has anyone sent a phone in for repair how long it was til they got their phone/new phone delivered back ?

O2 mentioned it can take upto 7 days. Just wondering if anyone has had it back sooner.

Usually they aim for a 24 hour turn around.

If its a repair it could take up to the 7 days. If they have a recon in stock they may swap it out sooner.
