Hi,

I have received a text message from yourselves to say I am £25.00 out of my credit limit. I have £15.00 in the account your meant to take out. I will pay £16.00 just now but I am outstanding of £8. Could this wait until Friday when I get paid and I will pay the outstanding then without turning my phone off?
