      <description>Just ordered a 5s 2 weeks ago I havnt dropped it or that. It's not turning on the screen is just going blue, can anyone help? Would I 've better going to Apple or o2 to get it fixed?</description>

Hold the sleep/wake button with the home button together for about 10 seconds until the device turns off and back on displaying the Apple logo.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However this phone is two weeks old and this sort of thing shouldnt be happening.       <description>If you get no-where with O2 (or they insist on a repair) go to Apple directly, they will usually exchange the handset straight away</description>
