How do you get balance notifications turned off? (after a text and call)

Call 4445 and ask CS to turn them off.

You could try live chat but I'm not sure they can actually turn them off for you.

Well we have been told they can deal with accounts but........ nothing ventured and all that

The "ability" to do something is completely different t having the "competency" to complete it
