I have lost my phone. I know I have o2 Insure Premier service. Will that cover a new phone?

Have you reported it lost or stolen to O2 and the police yet, it's important to help with the claim and to prevent it being used for which you would be charged?

Yes, call CS to make a claim and also you can put a block on your phone and account to prevent any unauthorised usage.

It won't be a brand new phone, it will be a refurb phone of your particular model

I believe it has to be reported within 72 hours to the insurance company and the police so do it as soon as possible.
