Has any one claimed on iPhone insurance. I have dropped mine and screen all smashed but don't want to be without it when being fixed?

Hi.

I think you will have to be without your phone if you send it away for repair. I dont think anyone offers a replacement phone during this time.

If you are insured with Apple your best bet is to ring them and find out the cost and how long they will keep your phone for?

You need to call them. They will arrange collection of your phone which is then inspected and a replacement sent out. You will be without a phone for a couple of days I'm afraid.:smileysad:

If your insured you will get a repair or replacement under that otherwise you'd have to pay to get the screen fixed
