Hi

Customer services on 202 would be a better route to contact about device info and where you are in the despatch system.

As an O2 contract customer you have several options whilst abroad.

O2 Travel.

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/using-phone-in-europe

Or check http://www.o2.co.uk/international/internationalhub

Or use Tugo over wifi

http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

Alternatives are turning off mobile data in the phone and use wifi only. Skype , what's app , viber and Facebook as some examples.

Some unlock their phone to use it on all networks which is free to contract customers or £15 to payg- T&C apply, and plan ahead to use a Local SIM card.

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form

Hi I'm in this forum as live chat says 7am to 11am but is constantly unavailable at these times so...

I ordered a new iPhone 6 a while ago but have heard nothing back yet to say when it would arrive. I got a text to say my amazon fire phone was on the way and then an apology for the mix up but nothing since.

Also I have been abroad recently. On both occasions the people I was with who are not 02 customers, were given the option to use their normal allowances for a small fee per day I was not and instead have had 2 huge bills from O2. I've been a customer with O2 for years and have always stayed for convenience and the impression that all the networks are pretty much the same. However as you can see by my points above you seem to be offering less than some of your competitors.
