    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for all your help. &amp;nbsp; I have deleted the dreaded red spot and have switched off voicemail for good since retrieving voicemails is not included in my PAYG tarriff (ON and On)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Voicemails were from a company trying to sell me a new boiler!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Iphone 5 and have received several voicemails which are spam. &amp;nbsp; I do not want to have to pay to delte them by calling up voicemail (on PAYG) and I just want to delete the little red dot &amp;nbsp;on my phone icon. &amp;nbsp; Can this be done? &amp;nbsp; Any ideas welcome&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Usually just deactivating vm deletes any messages (Dial 1760 to turn it off and 1750 to turn it back on again).</description>
