Does anyone know if o2 will replace my iphone 5s screen for me? if so how much is it?

I would go to an apple store first after making a genius appointment.

O2 would only send it away, then get back to you with a quote after looking at it.

It depends how long you have had the phone for and if it is insured.

Apples typical 12 month warranty does not cover accidental damage.

Apple Care + gives two incidents of accidental damage claim with an excess to pay.

They would hopefully offer the op the option to pay an out Of warranty fee for a refurb.
