how do i switch my voicemail off, 1760 doesn't work

Ring customer services and ask them to do it 1760 should work though

ive just found another post which has rectified it, it's because of the tu app, ive had to delete it in order to turn the voicemail off, i've reintsalled it though and it's fine

Are yes forgot about Tugo sorry I believe you can now switch it off in the app as well in the recent update they did

Voicemail can now be turned off from within the app.
