Hi,

I have recently purchased a new I phone 4s, I have set it up exactly how I want it and quite like it, But... I'm not receiving notifications from face book. Face book is set up so I receive these. In my notification centre Facebook is not there, I have tried un installing it and re adding but this has not worked. Any ideas please anyone??

Facebook has never really played nice with notifications to the iPhone. Some have had issues with the audible alerts from notifications.

If your not getting any notifications then ensure your details are entered correctly.

Settings - notification centre - include.

I choose banners.

Thanks for your reply but Facebook is not in my notification centre?? everything else is?? It's driving me insane!! 🙂

Ah right.

Is it at the bottom of the lists under 'do not include. '

Also have you downloaded the official app from the iTunes App Store ?

To add ; you could try deleting it off your iPhone and off iTunes if you sync.

Then re download it from the App Store.

Turn your phone off and on (not normally required)and look again.

Have you set up your mobile on Facebook itself? On the website, you add your number, then follow their link to download Facebook and it should work then.
