      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My account number and mobile number are (edited) and (edited) respectively. I have come back to India and I am unable to use my mobile with another SIM. I sent a request to unlock my phone on December 27. I tried contacting through online chat a number of times but the chat is either busy or unavailable. Can someone update on this status please?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Shankar</description>
