You're going to have to impart a little more information about what your problem is, as I would imagine not many people are going to know what you're talking about. I know I certainly don't.

Do you mean you're waiting for your number to port from another network?

I did a sim swap 27/12 and well over 24 hours later am still waiting for O2 service to appear on my new (to me!) 4S. My trusty old 3G is still working though. Maybe O2 are just very, very busy?!

Have you tried turning your phone off and on to reset it ?

Although the service should have stopped on your old sim card.

It can take a little longer and once took me two days for the service to settle

You may need to phone customer services to check on your sim swap or visit an o2 store and let them do it for you if this does not take hold.

Is your 3gs using the old original sim card?
And does your new phone have your new sim card in it?

I've tried resetting. It does seem like a call to customer services will be required. I hate being in call queues 😞

Turns out (after "only" 20 minutes in the call queue) that I was attempting to swap to a card that had been used in a contract phone & I am on pay&go. Ordered a free new micro sim and am now up & running....on both phones!
