Can anybody help? My iphone informed me that there was a software update available so i activated the download and left it to do whatever it needed to do, just as i normally do, now i,m stuck on a screen and can,t do anything with it. When i switch on my mobile i get a a musical note logo with 'itunes' underneath it, underneath that is a picture of a usb lead which i presume is telling me to plug into my laptop, when i do this it says that phone is in 'Restore' mode but thats it, it won,t do anything else. ?????
