Don't bother dialling 1760. First of all the number is 176002 but will not work if you installed O2 TO GO app. Go to O2 app and hit settings then delete your account just press yes until is deleted, then dial 176002 or 1760 and voalaaaa its done...

The correct number to turn it off is 1760 and if you want to use TuGo, voicemail cannot at present be turned off.

Correct on paper but not on practice its a bug in the system or... But for me and obviously for many others 1760 don't work but 176002 does why???????????
I strongly agree that you can not have TO GO if you don't want voicemail. If you don't want voicemail just delete your TO GO account .

Unfortunately the TuGo app doesn't suit everyone. Different customers have differing needs. We have been hoping the voicemail issue would be resolved in the next update.

Can't answer why 1760 doesn't work for you after deleting TuGo. Never heard of 176002 tbh.

You also need to log out of Tugo before you delete the app.

If this affects other customers then I am sure O2 will investigate it. It may be worth giving them a call.

My iphone 5S does not accept 1750 or 1760.

Having read this thread I dialled 176002 to turn my voicemails off and then 175002 to turn it back on.

This worked but has not removed the problem that I can only seem to delete 1 or 2 voicemails at a time before the system freezes...

At the most this seems to be affecting you and possibly one other user, nobody else is complaining about a problem with VM.

I just tried 176002 to deactivate vm and it worked so thank you for the top tip. I will report it to O2 also.

It's not a top tip, this thread is about cancelling VM with TuGo installed and whatever code you have there will not work.

I did have TuGo app, but have deleted it off phone and computer. I still couldn't turn voice mail off with 1760, so i have also just tried 176002 and it has worked! Yay
