Linking my IPAD O2 account with my mobile O2 account

Hi I have both an O2 mobile and an O2 sim for my ipad, I would like to link my IPAD account with my IPHONE account, but when I try and register my IPAD account I keep getting the screen to send a text message, which my IPAD mobile number doesn't support....

Help.....

Either ring O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract 4445 ,for PAYG or use the link to link them.

Ive tried the website, but it doesn't allow me to register, because it requires an SMS to be sent, which obviously my IPAD doesn't pick up. I already have an O2 account for my iphone, but when I try and link products it does the same thing requires a text message!!!!!

Ring O2 Uk customer service or use live chat as an alternative.

Use the iPad as the main account and then link the phone to it. That way the phone will receive the text.

I did not think an ipad could be linked as it is managed on the device. And has no my-o2 account

I'm sure Adam is right and billing is managed on the device and so needs no account.
