iPhone 5 stopped syncing photos

Hi, really welcome some help! My wife's iPhone 5 has stopped syncing photos from 'my photo stream' to her computer. Shared photos seem to be fine. we've checked all the settings against those on my iPhone and all seems to be fine. We've also checked her computer against mine and that seems to be set up the same (although I'm on Windows 8 and she's on Windows 7). The weird thing is that the point that it stopped syncing was obviously mid way through syncing a number of photos - there are photos in a sequence and then nothing from a certain point. Help!!

Hi Rhysc and welcome to the forum.

Can you try a soft reset.

Hold the top button and home button together until the Apple Logo appears and let both go.

Look down at the part for Windows, make sure the photo stream is enabled.

Hi. Checked everything and tried the soft reset and still no luck. All seems set up ok for both shared and photo stream. It's getting a bit frustrating! Any help much appreciated.
