I have been having major issues with unstable signal (3 bars drop to 1 drop to no signal) which means I can't make or recieve calls at various points throughout the day and texts take hours to arrive (an 8am SMS from this morning arrived at 15.30 this afternoon).

I am on iPhone 4 with iOS7.02 which has had carrier upgrade and O2 Status syas the network is fine.....which it clealry isn't.

Any ideas? Thankfully I am not under contract so if all else fails I can change networks when 5S arrives but would prefer to resolve issues !!
