    <description>Someone please help, o2 text me saying today would be porting and I should keep my phone off until 6pm. Lost complete signal on my old tesco mobile sim around 12am, but new o2 sim still comes up as "no sim". I can't use my old or new phone, when will porting be complete?? Anyone who's done porting to o2 recently how long did it take for you?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 24 hours but is usually much quicker. Keep rebooting the phone with the new sim in until it connects to the network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It should happen as Jonsie says.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If on the rare occasion service does not occur then give o2 a call to Customer Services ,just to ensure your account is ok.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The numbers are in the 'contact us' tab at the bottom of the page or ask Live Chat to check.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus"&gt;http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sure all will be ok and you'll soon be able to start enjoying the service and your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Take care.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
